Welcome to Conni Evans Interiors. Our design philosophy combines chic styling with comfort and livability. We will learn how you use the room, discover your style, and execute your vision. Our goal is to design a space that will astonish -- not shock.

RESIDENTIAL

CEI will provide hands-on interior decorating including space planning, color consultation, furnishings, window treatments, accessorizing, and lighting. We will work with our extensive list of vendors and artisans to source the best in new products & design innovations. We can also 'shop your attic', where we often find precious gems that can be dusted off and spruced up to fit in your new space. Whether you are starting anew or looking to enhance a room, we'll bring out the natural character of your space so every time you walk through the door, you're proud to call it home.

COMMERCIAL

We believe that when work spaces are well-planned, practical, and comfortable, that employees are more productive. Our unique understanding of corporate environments and principles enables us to recognize how well-designed interiors that are used by your internal and external customers are essential to your business.

DESIGN FEES

CONSULTATION

Onsite consultation (up to 2 hours) to determine a design direction for your project. All of our recommendations incorporate Universal Design and/or Aging in Place principles. We will discuss your goals, identify problems that you want to solve; review images that you've gathered that speak to your style and vision; determine project scope including timeframe and your budget. (Payable by CC prior to consultation or by check at beginning of consultation.)

SOURCING & PROCUREMENT

Our full service design includes presentations, meetings, and project management. We manage every detail and phase because we understand that one decision impacts another. If clients have their own contractors, we can work with their team -- OR -- we have our own contractor resources that we have worked with in the past. We carefully consider each individual project and build a plan to meet each client’s design challenges and budget.
